A transcript is a copy of the academic record of all courses for which a student has registered. All transcript requests must be made in writing and should include the student's name, signature, and date of birth. There is a $5.00 fee for each official transcript. Official transcripts bearing the Baptist College seal and signature of the Registrar are sent only to an employing agency or another educational institution. Unofficial copies of transcripts are available for student use and will be marked "Unofficial Copy Issued to Student." The Registrar's Office cannot issue transcripts from other colleges or institutions. No transcript will be issued for a student who has not met his/her financial obligation to Baptist College.
