The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) measures the ability of non-native speakers of English to use and understand English as spoken, written, and heard in college/university settings. The TOEFL is provided by the Educational Testing Service (ETS).
As a part of their admissions requirements, all BCHS applicants whose native tongue is not English are required to submit a TOEFL score of 550 or above. Students who have TOEFL scores over a year old will be required to submit new scores.
Applicants may register for the TOEFL through ETS and may take the exam at a local testing center.
