Harassment

Baptist College of Health Sciences is committed to creating and fostering a positive and productive learning and work environment for students and employees. In keeping with this commitment, Baptist College has a strict policy against sexual harassment and other forms of harrassment based upon age, gender, race, color, religion, national origin, mental or physical disability or any other category protected under federal, state or local laws. Harassment consists of unwelcome conduct whether verbal, physical, or visual that insults or shows disrespect toward a person's protected status as defined above.

Baptist College strongly encourages students or employees who have experienced, witnessed, or have knowledge of any such behavior/conduct to report incidents immediately to their academic dean, supervisor, a member of Baptist College management team, or the Executive Director of Administrative Services. All discriminatory complaints will be investigated by the Executive Director of Administrative Services (1003 Monroe Ave, Memphis, TN 38104 Phone: 901-572-2592), utilizing the appropriate problem solving process.

Baptist College of Health Sciences will not condone harassment, reprisals, or violations of the spirit or intent of the law and is committed to take prompt, swift action to remedy any discriminatory practices.
