Taking care of yourself includes both your physical and emotional health. Personal counseling services are offered by BCHS to assist you in many aspects of your life, including managing stress, adjusting to academic life, relationship issues, and developing problem-solving strategies.

On-Campus Counseling
BCHS has a full-time college counselor to support students with these and other personal and academic concerns, including help with study and test-taking skills. The college counselor’s office is located on the second floor of the Main Campus Building in room 227. In addition to providing one-on-one counseling, BCHS is equipped to provide referrals to other professionals and agencies for additional consultation.

Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with appointments also available during evening hours as needed. Appointments can be made by calling 901-572-2660.

All counseling sessions are kept strictly confidential and are free of charge.
