Accreditation of Nursing Program and Allied Health Degrees

Baptist Memorial College of Health Sciences is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award the Bachelor of Science in Nursing and the Bachelor of Health Sciences.


The nursing program is approved by the Tennessee Board of Nursing and accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education. All allied health clinical majors—including diagnostic medical sonography (ultrasound), medical radiography, nuclear medicine technology, radiation therapy, and respiratory care—are accredited by the appropriate professional organizations.
